The Fiat 500 R "Rinnovata"
The first series of the "Rinnovata" Fiat 500 R was presented in 1972 at the Turin Motor Show. It is the latest version, destined to close the long-lived and timeless 500 range. The new model, an icon of simplicity, replaces the F and L versions, which are no longer in production. The engine is the one used on the 126: the twin-cylinder of the F and L with displacement increased to 594 cubic centimetres.

The Fiat 500 L "Lussuosa"
The first series of the Fiat 500 L "Lussuosa" was born in August 1968. The most obvious difference compared to the previous versions is the adoption of chromed bumper reinforcement tubes (the so-called Ercolino system), to offer the little Fiat house greater protection in car parks or in urban traffic. Inside, the 500 L belies the legendary spartan nature of the Fiat 500 models with various finishes. Production ended in November 1972, when the F and L were replaced by the 500 R.
